DiMay Productions is currently looking to fill various design positions for our upcoming Production of Two Sister’s and a Piano by Nilo Cruz, Directed by Renee Rodriguez.
We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated and passionate SET/LIGHTING/SOUND DESIGNERS to join our team and help us bring this show to life. Not only will you gain New York experience, together we can create a network that will lead to other amazing projects in the future.
About the Show:
This beautiful and exciting play is set in 1991, during the Pan American Games in Havana. While the Russians are pulling out of Cuba, this play portrays two sisters, Maria Celia, a novelist, and Sofia, a pianist, serving time under house arrest. Passion infiltrates politics when a lieutenant assigned to their case becomes infatuated with Maria Celia, whose literature he has been reading.
Qualifications:
Current Graduate/College students/Freelance designers with professional experience a plus but not necessary. We just ask that you bring your professionalism, creativity, positive attitude and willingness to make this a successful production.

This is a non-paid position for now. We are currently doing fundraisers to compensate our team once production wraps. Stipends are negotiable.
