Spike Lee and Jay-Z's Brooklyn Shoot

Earlier today around noon, two legends in their respective fields, Spike Lee and Jay-Z shot a Rocawear commercial today in the famous Dumbo, Brooklyn. Rocawear of course is Jay-Z's premium clothing line, and he and his team have hired Spike to direct their latest ad.

It was relaxed, and fast simultaneously. It may be the fastest production day I have seen with a scale this size. Jay-z was relaxed, and although it was his show, Spike seemed very cool as well, by now its old hat. They both made several jokes, and at one point, Jay even pointed out that Spike was wearing a competitor's brand (pretty funny). The shot itself was nuts too, you can tell from the pics below. It could be one of the coolest shots ever, we'll have to see. The only hint I can give you are the pictures, and tell you that it was a "double dolly shot," with the Williamsburg bridge as the back drop. Insane.

Stay tuned, hopefully we will have the completed commercial just as early.
